I can confirm that lane has been definitely been PLT and above for quite some time.

Also, there is a Priority AAccess lane in the checkpoint to the right of the F/J check-in desks that can be used by any Priority AAccess customers. I've used that lane a number of times (when other one is closed) and it's never been a long wait (granted, non-peak hours).
