WT+ since I'd expect that connection time at a minimum is 90 minutes, and unless an overnight flight, I'm happy to get home a couple of hours earlier (yes, I understand 90 minutes is not a couple of hours, but do you really think your CW seat from the ground on a connection immediately accelerates to the speed of a WT+ seat in an airliner already at cruising speed at 35,000 feet?). On an overnight flight, I'll concede the comfort of a CW seat matches my nocturnal body clock much better than any two WT+ seats required by a connection. By a flight of 10 hours, I can't believe that a WT+ seat holds any advantage over a CW seat.
