And the answer is the same. Look at the amenities list (74S will show a flat bed) or the seat map (74S has 1x1 in upper deck vs. 2x2 on the 744 among other seating differences). DTW to NRT/NGO begin transitioning to the 74S in August and look to be completely transitioned around mid-September.
Thanks, I know the seating arrangements, I have flown the new 747S 2 times out of JFK (upper deck) very nice, so I understand the seating icon on dl.com, just that I do not see any of the lie flat icons on any flights out of DTW on the 747 in September as of today, at least on the dates I have looked at.
