Iīd probably say $5-$10 is appropiate for short distances, for any longer distances/special requests (like being picked up again) a higher tip may be appropiate.

I more see the BMW service as a more convenient/pleasant and cheaper option (vs. taking a taxi), but donīt think of it as a freebie.
