Almost all flights within South America are with LAN. Here are my LAN sectors/class/craft:

SCL-LIM Premium Economy A320
AQP-LIM Economy A319
LIM-CUZ Economy A319
CUZ-LIM EconomyA319
LIM-SCL Business B767
SCL-GIG Premium Economy A320
IGR-AEP Economy A320
EZE-SCL Premium Economy A320

Some questions:

- What sort of meals/beverages in-flight service would be offered for J, W and Y classes on these flights?
- I'm OW Sapphire so have access to OW lounges. What food / drink options do the OW lounges in South America offer ... is food, alcohol and sodas free?
- Which airports above do NOT have OW lounges (I would think AQP, CUZ and IGR would be too small for OW lounges).
- If more than one OW lounge exists at the larger airports (e.g. SCL, LIM and EZE), which is best lounge at each airport?
Lots of Qs here, maybe if we break it up to answer. I'll answer:

AQP-LIM Economy A319
LIM-CUZ Economy A319
CUZ-LIM Economy A319

All these one-class segments will provide a nice snackbox with good selection of free beverages (including beer).

The ARQ and CUZ and LIM domestic lounges are Priority Pass (or pay to play).
The LIM international lounge is available to you. It has snackies (not really a meal) and good slection of beverages (free).
