When I have tried this, even on hold, I've been told that it all has to be repriced. I'd be quite certain that that is policy. Of course, there are always exceptions that agents can do (in just about any case), but I was assuming that the OP knew that very rule has exceptions, since that's pretty obvious, and was asking about what should happen.

It should all be repriced.
