I am currently sitting in the executive lounge on 19th floor and need to say once again: "if all Westins were like that one, the chain would do much better". Cape Town offers a wealth of great hotels, however this one is amongst the best when it comes to service and location. Both, the city centre and the V&A is walkable (maybe not for Americans) and both take you in the range of 10 to 15 minutes. Service is great, Platinum treatment is even better and everybody greats and treats you with a smile. I really do love this place!
