What makes you think they are being purposefully deceitful? They honor the contract regularly. Just because it doesn't always post properly, you think they are attempting fraud? My guess is that it is much more likely that errors occur, sometimes on the part of Marriott, sometimes on the part of the customer. Consider the value of first pursuing the details of the matter and seeking a resolution before implying fraud.
