You have done your homework.

With the exception of the padded handles, you are correct on both LH Airlight and LH Airlight Premium.

The top pull handle is plastic, and the side handles are rubber or a rubber-like composition, with a backing plate inside the case wall. Neither is a Rimowa Salsa Deluxe model, but a special model introduced by LH Worldshop every ten years.

The flex dividers serve two purposes: One to organize personal items in each side of the case, and Two, to prevent the case from being overpacked and thus blowing out. The dividers can be adjusted in close, extended out, or removed. As they provide a level of balance and stability inside the case, I would suggest they be left in.
