The off shore call centre is pretty bad. Took over 10 days to book some SQ reward flights, noted that they had computer issues.
Limited opening hours and no weekend - this is when a lot of research could be done...
Once I diod book, found it hard to hear the person on the other end of the line.
I also find the restrictions on time/date changes + cancellation on SQ flights over the top:
- $200 per time/date change; and
- forfeit of all points if cancelled (taxes refunded). Seems a bit harsh...
