Grrr hold time over 20mins...

This is my first Avios redemption, am I doing something wrong?

I am trying to book 190K flights, I have 160K and with the Household (mrs) 210K... is it erroring because I need to transfer her miles to me, or should it work as is?

Trying to book the final leg of our trip here and its annoying when everything else is in the bag..
