They say 10 days to cover themselves but in reality, it tends to happen much sooner. In fact my refund was made on the same day I cancelled the flight although they said it would be up to 10 days.

I think 10 days is more likely the maximum time it takes and I think they prefer not to promise it sooner in case it upsets people when it doesn't happen.
