I was having the same problem. All of the sudden, when I booked tickets my profile changed from female to male, and I had to change it manually. No a single Precheck selection on any flights. I talked to a SC agent, who couldn't help. I then went into my stored data profile and changed a few things, then changed them back and hit update. No issues since then. This is the correct method to fix this glitch. I had the same problem... Was getting precheck 100% of the time and then no precheck 5 times in a row. TSA at SLC gave me a card of a lady and she told me to change something in my profile (like the spelling of my name) and update. Then change it back and update. It sort of resets the system. Needs to be more than 72hrs before a flight as that is when DL sends your info to TSA.
