I placed a reservation on hold and called the exp desk because I wanted to use a cancelled ticket. The reservations dept. asked me if i was doing a mileage run. Since when do you have to explain your ticketing to the reservations dept.? I booked 2 tickets, I would think they would be happy for the business!
