I'm not at all familiar with the Hilton card, but I know Chase Sapphire Preferred gives 2x points on restaurants and travel (travel is liberally defined, I think it even includes taxis) and a 7% bonus each year.

It would also help if you described your situation separately as to (a) how you are spending money to earn points and (b) how you plan to or hope to redeem your points for travel or other rewards.

Are you sure the Hilton card gives 6x points for all spending? Or is that only spending at Hiltons?
