I was having the same problem. All of the sudden, when I booked tickets my profile changed from female to male, and I had to change it manually. No a single Precheck selection on any flights. I talked to a SC agent, who couldn't help. I then went into my stored data profile and changed a few things, then changed them back and hit update. No issues since then. Did I fix it, or was it coincidence? Who knows, but I am now getting the three beeps again.
