I badly want to fly anything else but alas, my CEO has 3.3 Million Miles on UA and they treat him well. He doesn't want us to fly anything else. So, I keep on complaining about absurd stuff and hope someone will eventually fix it. I know the 3/3/2012 struggles have been insane for me (deleted ITINs, can't call the 1K desk without jumping through hoops, rude gate agents due to stress) but I also know that the update in Oct. is supposed to make things work better. Eventually United with perform a cranial rectal inversion and all will be better.
