Wiki says, 1C is used as a departure terminal for all Domestic flights.
1C is not directly accessible from outside the airport, but is the new set of jetbridges they installed a few years back. It is only connected from 1B/1A internally. Anyone who wants to use the jetbridge goes to 1C, else stays at 1A/1B as per their allocation.
