I've had Crown Room access since the late '90s (Platinums used to get it as part of the elite level like Diamonds do today). I've seen the B10 club go through at least two, maybe three, refurbs.

In each case, everything was OK at first but with the number of gates to square footage ratio, the B10 club will always be more crowded than the others. When they took the Platinum benefit away, everyone thought the clubs would be empty but with AMEX, Diamond and now discounted day passes, the crowds are bigger than ever.

Choosing white and blue as a color scheme was dumb, IMO as white shows scuff marks easily and stains show up in blue carpet more readily than a neutral color. While I like the new floor plan, particularly the multiple unisex restrooms, it just means they can cram even more people in there and wear out the facility even faster.
