Kudos to the HSW. My wife and I stayed overnight as part of a birthday celebration. We were upgraded to a Relaxation Suite with simply amazing views down the Yarra and across the city skyline. Received a bottle of sparkling wine as a gift, although we didn't drink it as we enjoyed enough at the executive lounge during cocktail hour. We found every member of staff to be friendly and polite. Great stay, and thank-you as a Diamond HH member!
