Just back from Asia. I am Platinum AClub member. The only thing nice I can say about the hotel is that it is very close to the airport and an easy walk. Otherwise the staff was marginal at beat. Ask for something and they just say - no (in very polite English). Did ot seem to care at all about my Platinum status.
Out of curiosity what were you asking for? They've always cared about our platinum statii with free upgrades and been pleasant. Only thing we don't like about it is the mosquitoes in the lobby. Part of being near "Swampy".
