I'm surprised spinners are so popular. IMO they're just a bad design with too many vulnerabilities to damage. I had one that lasted about two trips, then the wheel fell off and that was that. I wouldn't buy that style suitcase again.

Fortunately, Costco has a great return policy. But for the OP who lives in Sweden, that doesn't do a lot of good for his situation. One thing I learned on this thread is Ricardo is the OEM for Costco's luggage. Good to know.
