All casinos don't make money. A few big gamblers can alter the outcome of a month week or even a quarter. Also, if they are bait and switching drinks are they watering them down too? Where does it stop? Are other parts of the hotel doing the same thing?!?

From a local gambler- these resorts are being kept alive by the locals who gamble there and NOT by the tourists who stay there. Thus the casino's are used to dealing with locals and not tourist or guest and it shows. There is NEVER an excuse for someone working at a marriott to refuse to give their name or show credentials when asked. What do they hve to hide? One of the casino managers involved said the moment I told him I was refused someones name was the moment he knew someone on his team had screwed up.
