Perhaps the UKBA needs to step up its approach for the offenders. Arrest and deport right away and charge the offender's country for the deporting costs. There are flights daily to these countries from LHR, should not be an issue at all.

Shows on youtube showing soft imm. laws, where people are arrested and then let go, is giving them a chance to run and hide again. Absolutely the fault of UKBA. There is hardly any enforcement, and if it exists, its for mainly 3rd world countries. Not for Canada, US, Aus or Nz.

I doubt if this is help LHR attract more "connections" though....it remains to be seen. Some sort of desperate measures to revive traffic I suppose?
