Probability of Veg Pasta on BE Menu

Forgive me if this has been discussed, but if so, I can't find it. It's been my observation flying BE long-hauls that one of the four entree options is always a vegetarian pasta dish. This is also consistent with the seasonal menus Delta shows online. My wife is a vegetarian and she always orders an vegetarian or Asian vegetarian meal when we fly in BE on Delta, but they're usually lackluster. So we were thinking of just having her order off of the regular menu for the international segments.

We're flying EZE-ATL-SEA RT in Sep/Oct. We're in row two on the even numbered flight and 4 on the odd-numbered and we're hoping the F/As will follow FEBO. We also thought of nicely asking the F/As for the veg pasta before ordering begins just to be sure. I don't know how well that would be received though, but if FEBO is followed she shouldn't have a problem.

What's the likelihood of there being a veg dish on the BE menus?
