I think a doublewide's wheelbase would make it difficult to navigate through many airports.

Get both adults backpacks. In fact you could probably fiqure a way to attach backpacks to each tyke's stroller as well.

Or depending on their size get baby backpacks. We traveled all over Europe with one of our kids that way.
