I have stayed FS, Chedi Club, Hanging Gardens and Uma Ubud.

I liked Chedi Club most for it personalized service especially the butler service. In my book it's also a big plus with comp internet, laundry and large minibar. The value is fantastic, especially in low season. FS is another world class experience, but with villas looking a bit tired. Hanging Gardens and Uma Ubud is great experiences as well, but not in the same league. If you are value minded I have seen rates as low as $200 for Hanging Gardens on jetsetter which would be a steal!
