Well 4 phones have been broken after 4 stress causing calls to the Citi helpdesk. Every time the person listens and agrees to my query and when I call back they give the same automated response that all past earnings have been sent to Jet.

Spoke with a manager 3 days ago who promised a reply and gave me a refernace for the query. Call up now and that ref is non existent and the query was never set up
Any suggestions?
Personally I prefer email over phone, as then I can show them a trail of the discussion (and also have a reference number). It also saves re-explaining again and again somewhat as then I can just ask them to refer to the history...
