as a rule I avoid dodgy hotels.

Seriously however, yes the ba.com website is really trying my patience with its slow speed and I know it's not my pc because other websites work just fine. I've tried different browsers too and although there are some differences in speed it's not too different between them.

The other thing that annoys me is when I've just made a booking and the POUG appears and upon accepting the offer, it wants me to key in all my payment and address details again! What?
