Extraordinary chart. I'm surprised the entire service industry from certain states has not moved to California (or even Canada come to think of it). I was aware there were disparities between the States but that chart makes europe seem joined-up and, well, er .. an improvement

Seems very 3rd world to be paying <$3 an hour
