I know this will eventually degenerate into the kids versus business people (usually men) on cell phones, etc....but before it does I am curious to know what happens if a situation arises that when in a quiet zone you are considered to be too noisy? I don't mean kids playing up or boisterous boozing noise - just frequent conversation with travel partner(s) or too many up and downs to the overhead locker...who will police it and would you get moved? A yellow then red card system? Fuzz at the port of call? Decibel meters as part of CC equipment?
