BTW folks - since we do now have individual property threads on the properties mentioned, it will help if you have experience with any of them to post the experience in the particular property's thread vs. in this one.

That will make it easier for other FTers when they do a search on a property & the property thread comes up. They can find most of their info there, vs having to read through a long multi-page thread such as this one.

More generic questions and input can go in this thread.
