Who makes you take them out? I just leave them in and obviously unplug them from my phone.

One of my first flights I had a particularly chatty neighbor. He was a war vet, blind and almost deaf. He had a talking clock in his bag that told you what time it was, every minute. When ever someone would talk around us, he would respond really loud as if they where talking to him. He was a nice guy, but I ended up telling him the place he was visiting for the first time in twelve years "looked a lot different"...

He proceeded to stab people with his cane and LOL about it on the way out.

I swore that moment that I would have nothing to do with communicating going further. I felt sooo bad..
