I have been staying in NYC hotels two weeks in a month for the past three years and only once did I stay here. Has to be the worst hotel in the hilton chain in nyc.
Here are some of the better ones the OP may want to try next time - Conrad NYC, Hilton Fashion District, Waldorf, DT Guest Suites Times Square.
