Regarding the children, I think an outright ban is not the way as there are many children out there who are perfectly capable of behaving themselves in these sort of environments.
However if some are allowing packs of children to run a mock in the executive lounge then a quiet word with a manager should be enough to have them asked to leave.
Take pictures of the dodgyness in the room and write a complaint to corporate when you get back, I'm sure they will give you some sort of gesture of apology.
Then just avoid that place in future!
There are no managers to ask..... it is a weird setup here where there seem rarely any proper staff who are not serving staff.
The annoying kids are from American and Hispanic-American families, where as the Asian, European ones are much better behaved as evidenced by mini-Panny on a number of occasions
