There is a Design Lounge on the 4th floor and a Club Lounge on the 15th floor. I don't know the exact hours, but both of them are open all day. The Design Lounge has basic wine and drinks (what AA would call 'well' drinks, rather than 'top shelf') and some nice sweets. Both lounges have a cocktail hour that I didn't try out; breakfast was either in the downstairs restaurant or on in the 15th floor lounge. Both of the breakfasts are just barely adequate.
