Log on to BAEC and go to "Manage my account", then click on "Change household account"

However, if you remove the children they will no longer have BA accounts!!!

You could do this by creating an Avios.com account and moving the miles over there, but she will need to earn at least 1 Avios somehow in order to qualify for rewards flight saver fares as transfers don't count.
