My wife has a household account ( her and 2 children) with BA executive club and I want to change it to an individual account - to allow a booking for me with her miles and also to transfer miles from BMI account she opened after getting BMI credit card.

I have googled, checked BA website and searched here but still couldn't figure out a way to do it. How do I do this? Thanks in advance.
