All of the above mentionned are considered to be taste enhancers. Especially when married to oysters. Ketchup is a taste killer and that is for me a big difference. But hey, what do I know?

Alrighty. Did not know that, thanks for enlightning me. I guess the only smart thing for me to do is to try it out next time I'm in the states.
