Perfectly boiled slices of tender white chicken on a bed of rice cooked from the chicken broth. This is accompanied with sauce made with ginger, garlic, chillies, and soy. Cucumber slices and fresh cilantro leaves serve as an absolute garnish.
Between bites, are slurps of hot chicken consommé with Chinese winter gourd.
