In Bogota, Colombia we had a really good but odd traditional breakfast. I am actually not positive about it being traditional but this is the way the locals eat the meal.

You are served a cup of hot chocolate with a chunk of white cheese and a roll on another plate. You dip the cheese in the choco and then eat it with the bread.

When we visited the restaurant an elderly local woman showed my wife and I the way to eat the meal!

Weird, fun and tasty!

In the mid-West US, I also like chicken, biscuits and gravy. So unhealthy and filling but really good. Good thing I am not from the mid-West or I'd probably put on 20 lbs with those kind of breakfasts!
