That's correct. Both LAX departures had the 3 and both got Pre. The ex-SFO BP I have has nothing in that field. My only int'l departure was ORD-LHR and my scanner app can't read anything off of that one for some reason. Also, two LHR-issued BP don't scan completely, so I cannot see everything on them.
