Thanks, Javabytes. Yes, Mridley, there are lots of DATED threads on how to use Keanu. Problem is in recent weeks the site has been completely riddled with the bugs whereof Javabytes speak, to the point of making it useless as a go-to place to search for low fares. It is not just one or two people who can't read. You would have to posit a population of hundreds of sharp, tech-savvy people who know their way around the internet, yet inexplicably become babbling illiterates when they try to use that one site. I am going to go with Occam's Razor and accept that what I observe, what the OP observes, and what dozens if not hundreds of other people observe is actually what's happening -- something has gone badly wrong over there at the matrix.
