I am sure this was only a technical problem for the day of your experience. However I too only had to do one finger this Feb on the way into Miami. Iasked what gives because nowdays you have to do both hands not just the fingers. Ii was told the system only wanted the one finger.... then again I have been in and out of the US numerous times over the last few years so I guess they must have all my finger prints now and the system can probable ID me with just one finger.
