Hello - I had 35,000 miles on American Airlines that expired last year. To get these miles back, I decided to take the Re-engagement Challenge. Since I have a Citi AAdvantage VISA... I have have six months (from 07/26/2012) to either spend $5000 on the VISA or to take a round trip on American Airlines (or any of it's partners).

I also have a Chase Sapphire VISA and an Hilton Honor Amex.

My question is...am I better off trying to put all of my expenses on the Citi AAdvantage VISA till I hit $5000 on it or should I just keep spending on my other two cards and just try to find a very cheap flight on American Airlines?
