When booking one of this offer, the customer agrees to have read and accepted the following conditions:
a. This offer is ONLY valid for reservations made by Garuda Frequent Flyer and Le Club Accorhotels members between 23rd to 31st July 2012. If you are not a Le Club Accorhotels member, please sign up online for FREE at www.accorhotels.com/leclub prior to booking this offer .
b. All above dates are inclusive and based on local time at the hotel on which room(s) are being booked.
c. Booking must be prepaid online at www.accorhotels.com and this offer applies to all stays between 1st October 2012 and 31st March 2013 at participating hotels (both dates inclusive and based on local time of the hotel in which room(s) are being booked)
d. The 45% discount granted to Garuda Frequent Flyer (GFF) members applies to the public rate at the time of booking with no conditions for the dates booked, except for pre-payment, black-out dates set by participating hotels and availability
e. You need to enter your Le Club Accorhotels membership number during the booking process.
f. Guest must present valid Garuda Frequent Flyer membership card upon arrival during check-in along with a valid Le Club Accorhotels card or number under the same name. Cardholder must be the person checking in to the hotel.
g. Payment must be made online by credit card at the time of booking. Upon booking, if the "Early Bird Savings" rate is not available for all the dates requested, another public rate will be suggested automatically on the rate screen.
h. Bookings cannot be changed, cancelled, exchanged or reimbursed and cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or special offers
i. Prices displayed are per night for single or double rooms and exclude breakfast. Such prices are in local currency or US dollar currency (as stipulated at the time of booking) and are inclusive of all local taxes unless otherwise stipulated exchange rates are given for information purposes only and are non-binding. Currency applicable to the transaction and charged to your credit card are confirmed upon booking.
j. This offer is valid at participating Accor hotels in Bali and Lombok, subject to availability at time of booking and exclude black-out dates set by participating hotels
