I've only had one upgrade and this was when I was Blue also. Do you normally book business flights through a travel agent? I did wonder if that had something to do with it. When I worked for a large fashion company I found that most of my colleagues ended up getting upgraded at least a few times a year when they booked their flights through a TA. Something to do with BA trying to reward loyalty by the company perhaps??
