I booked/ changed 3 award tickets in J yesterday. The calls took about 2.5 hours - DL agent kept getting 'Sale Denied', etc messages... she tried many ways in their 2 systems (old and new). Finally she was able to block it, but could not price it. At the end she finally was able to ticket it on low awards.
