On the VS FB page at the weekend someone brought up a complaint from 15 (yes FIFTEEN) years ago as 'evidence' in support of their assertions !

That was all the evidence I(my credit card and hard earned GF FF points) needed. Upper Crap(class)= crappy food, crappy seat(sit or sleep only and get out of seat if you want to sleep first??), crappy(but friendly and pretty) cabin crew
