This is a copy of the feedback I sent today to Customer Relations, BA0086 coming from YVR this morning:

I was in 62K in this flight, and as soon as I seated I noticed that everything around me was filthy.
The seat itself had cookie crumbles, the cover of the storage space on the sides were stained and the interiors had assorted pieces of garbage, the PTV screen was badly stained (I used the wet towel to clean it), and the tray had marks of previous use.

This is not really what I expect from a world-class airline like British Airways, but sadly I've had recently heard about such things from other people, even though it's the first time I experienced it myself. There's obviously an issue here and I hope it is resolved in the near future.
